MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

Practice follows Jon Kabat-Zinn's methods. Involves mindful yoga, body scanning, and meditation – all designed to help a person pay attention, relax, improve mental and physical health, and slow down. Bring your own pillow or blanket if you wish. Mats and chairs are provided.
All practices can be adapted for chair use or floor positions.
